Top Photography Apps on Android in Angola: Q3 2025 Insights

In the third quarter of 2025, the photography app market in Angola showed varied trends across different applications. Based on data from Sensor Tower, here's a look at the performance of the top five photography apps on the Android platform.

ToonApp: Photo to Cartoon Me experienced fluctuations in its weekly downloads, starting at around 6.8K and seeing a peak of 7.6K in early July. However, downloads dipped mid-quarter, settling at approximately 6K by the end of September. Active users showed a similar pattern, beginning at 15.7K and peaking at 19.7K in July, before stabilizing around 15.7K again.

Video Editor & Maker - InShot maintained a consistent download rate, averaging around 5.9K weekly. Its revenue saw slight increases, peaking at $57 early in August and again at $51 in the final week of September. Active users were relatively stable, with minor fluctuations around the 64K mark.

Photo Lab Picture Editor & Art showed a notable increase in downloads, particularly in early August with a peak of 8.4K downloads. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 8.6K and peaking at 18.4K.

UpFoto - AI Photo Enhancer saw a gradual increase in both downloads and active users. Downloads climbed from 3.7K to a peak of 5.6K by the end of September. Active users mirrored this growth, rising from 7.5K to nearly 9.9K.

Lastly, GPS Camera Map & Geotag Photos experienced a decline in downloads, starting at 5.8K and decreasing to 1.1K by the end of the quarter. Despite this, active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 12K to 14K.
